RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Thanks for shopping at www.shopcollar.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for an exchange or refund as long as it’s still in “sellable condition.This means, the item should be

  • UNWORN  (aside from trying it on),
  • UNWASHED,
  • DEVOID OF ANY STAINS,
  • SCUFFS, TEARS
  • MYSTERIOUS SMELLS

AND NEEDS TO BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE MANUFACTURER TAGS. 

Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn and/or damaged due to improper use  cannot be returned or exchanged will not be accepted for any reason. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number will work, and no return merchandise authorization is necessary.


 

To return a product to us, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Write or call us to request a return label. we suggest you ship by any insured, trackable means.
  2. Print out and complete this form, and kindly include it with the items you’re returning.
  3. Package your clean and dry product in its original, or otherwise appropriate packaging.
  4. Within 30 days of receipt of your product, print out your return label (we’ll send it to you when you contact us). After 30 days, we suggest you ship by any insured, trackable means.
  5. Sale & Clearance items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for other product or store credit.
  6. Send it in.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Service at service@shopcollar.com or call us at (734) 743-1513 within five (5) days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect

IF YOU PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE OR ONLINE RETAILER.

If you purchased your product at a location or website other than shopcollar.com you will need to return/exchange your products through store or website in which the original purchase was made. The retailer you purchased from will be able to assist you in making your return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

Currently we are not offering international purchases. We are US based online shop, we only take domestic orders on all the goods. Stay tuned for our future international establishments.
