PAYMENT SUPPORT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payment. Collar will authorise your card at the time of purchase, but will not issue a charge until your order has been placed in our shop, Prices are listed in US dollars. For your protection, we require that the billing telephone number and the billing address match the address that is on file with the credit card issuing bank. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email to confirm the order’s successful payment. Unfortunately, Collar does not accept checks or money orders as a form of payment. When purchasing goods from our site all payment must be cleared and processed before we ship the items out to you. If you have any issues in getting your payment processed, or any other questions concerning the status of the order, please feel free to contact Customer Service at support@shopcollar.com.
USA CUSTOMERS: We ship anywhere in the USA. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We currently do not ship, please stay tuned on our developments for international establishments. If you are in a different country, accept our apologies but we are slowly expanding our international reach. Check back soon for when we can ship worldwide.
MAKING CHANGES TO AN OUTSTANDING ORDER
We strive to ship orders the same day they are received. However, if you’d like to make any changes to an order you’ve submitted prior to its shipment, please contact Customer Service and we’ll be happy to get you dialed.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item you’re looking for is out of stock in color or size, you can use our “notify me when in stock” feature to get an automated email as soon as the item is back in stock. If you’re looking for something that doesn’t even seem available, send us an email! We will be more than happy to help you.
